Making Strides Walk with The American Cancer Society

The mission of The American Cancer Society is to save lives, celebrate lives, and lead the fight for a world without cancer.

They are currently seeking volunteers for their Making Strides Walk of Central Park on Sunday, October 15, at the 72nd Bandshell in Central Park.

VOLUNTEER TASKS:
- Check-in, may require pre-event training
- Refreshments
- Route Marshals
- Water Stations
- Merchandise
- Volunteer Check-in
- Greeters/Cheerers
- Survivors Tent
- First Aid, requires certification
- Set up & Clean up, involves heavy lifting, moving, loading
